Barratt Flumps

Martini Cocktail

This easy and playful cocktail is a classic one, with a sweet twist. Simple ingredients for a maximum incredible result.

 

Ingredients:

- 50ml vodka

- 100 ml Flumps

- 10ml lemon juice

Prep/Tap Method:

- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

- Stir for 30s and pour into a Martini glass.

- Add garnish such as cocktail cherries and Flumps on the rim.

Ice: None

Glassware: Martini glass

Method: Shaken

Barratt Fruit Salad 

Mojito Cocktail

Enjoy the mix of Barratt Fruit Salad drink with Mojito, the most popular cocktail on the planet. It's refreshing, for all seasons and a well-balanced all-time favorite, with a delicious twist.

 

Ingredients:

- 50ml spiced rum

- 50ml Fruit Salad

- 20ml lime

- 20ml sugar syrup

- 8 mint leaves

- 4 slices of lime

Prep/Tap Method:

- Add all ingredients into a highball glass.

- Fill up with crushed ice all the way to the top, and mix with a cocktail spoon firmly.

 - A good Mojito looks great and tastes great. Pay attention that mint leaves and limes are equally mixed in the glass. (not everything at the bottom or top).

- Fill up the glass with extra crushed ice to create a little mountain.

- Hit the side of the glass with the mint and put it on top with a straw.

Ice: Crushed

Barratt Wham Cosmo Cocktail 

If you fancy a playful (but sophisticated) cocktail, you cannot miss our Barrat Wham Cosmo, a must-have at any party.

 

Ingredients:

- 40ml vodka

- 20ml Cointreau

- 50ml Wham

- 5ml lime

Prep/Tap Method:

- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

- Stir for 30s, chill and pour into a Martini glass.

- Add garnish like orange zest and a sweet with clip.

Ice: None

Glassware: Martini glass

Frozen Daiquiri Cocktail

This strawberry daiquiri recipe will blow your mind! One taste, and you'll be singing its praises! It's just sweet enough, with just the right back-end flavour of rum. 

Ingredients:

- 50ml Rum  

- 150ml Flumps  

- 15ml Lime 

- 100gr of ice 

Prep/Tap Method:

- Add rum, Flumps, ice, and lime into blender with ice and blend for a good 30-60seconds. 

 - Pour slushy style into Tumbler glass. 

 - Add garnishes and Straw 

 (It will kill the bubbles but will definitely deliver the flavors in a unique way) 

Ice: Crushed

Glassware: Tumbler

Barratt Wham Raspberry 

Collins Cocktail

Enjoy the tangy flavour of our Wham mixed with Gin. The taste is fruity and simply perfect for a night of celebrations.

 

Ingredients:

- 50ml Gin 

- 100ml Wham 

- 15ml Lemon juice 

- 5-8 Raspberries 

- 3 Slices of lemon 

Prep/Tap Method:

- Add raspberries to highball glass.

- Muddle them then add all the other ingredients.  

- Fill up with crushed ice.  

-Mix it with a cocktail spoon.  

- Fill up again with crushed ice, creating a little mountain. 

- Add garnishes and straw

Barratt Fruit Salad Aperol Twist Cocktail

This easy and playful cocktail is a classic one, with a sweet twist. Simple ingredients for a maximum incredible result.

 

Ingredients:

- Premix 50ml Aperol 

- 50ml Prosecco 

- 50ml Fruit Salad Sparkling 

- 1 x slice of orange 

- 2 x half o strawberry 

- 3 x blueberries 

- 1 Fruit Salad with Clip

Prep/Tap Method:

- Fill up the glass with ice all the way. 

- Add one by one all the ingredients.  

- Add garnishes and straw.

Ice: Cubes

Glassware: Geometric wine/Tumbler
